The leaving care service

The Leaving care service offer advice, information, practical help and befriending to care experienced young people aged between 16 – 25 years who are eligible for support.

We want to ensure that you know that at 18 things may change for you as you become an adult but this does not mean you are along; there is support available from the leaving care service and other people to help you move on to independence and beyond

Our aim is to ensure you are supported on your journey into adulthood, we will work with you to help you prepare for your future, listen to you and ensure your view, wished and feelings are paramount
