Health and wellbeing support drop-in
The CENS Team and Social Prescribing Service join us to provide support around Mental Health and managing emotions, and to help you access services and support in the community.
For care leavers aged 18 to 25-years-old.
Access to Health and Wellbeing support.
Jade from the CENS Team for support around mental Health and managing emotions. Access to assessment and referral to specialist mental health support.
Conor from the Social Prescribing Service for support to access services and support in the community.
Both Jade and Conor provide 1-1 support and we have private space if required.
